"Acting as my own attorney pro se, defending a foreclosure on my property. I understand I am entitled to be supplied the following information on my foreclosure procedures on my loan # . Serviced by your firm regarding pending legal action to defend the loan and foreclosure.
1. Is the Mortgage Electronic Registration System, MERS for short, involved in any way with this loan and/or foreclosure procedure?
2. Who EXACTLY is shown and registered with the state of Arizona, Maricopa County, filing as the mortgage holder on this loan?
3. Who EXACTLY signed off on this foreclosure action and what is their capacity and authorization qualifying them to do so with what firm, and who employs them?
4. Did the person signing off on the foreclosure have possession of all the loan documents at the time of the signing of the foreclosure action as he claimed?
5. Did this party signing off have each and every one in his possession and look at all the exhibits he signed off on?
6. Did the notary signing the notarization certificate actually see the party signing this document?
7. Who is shown as the registered mortgage holder in the foreclosure action on my loan?
8. Which of the above information do you claim I am not entitled to receive without delay?

Re LOAN#
We have become aware that we have no copy of the foreclosure procedure and action you have take against us, nor have recieved any evidence that you even have standing to file the action, since you do not own the mortgage.
We are demanding to be furnished a copy of the original note and mortgage and that we have a right to inspect and examine the validity of what was filed, and explanation of what you claim gives you the standing to file this action since you do not own the mortgage.
Keep in mind I am acting pro se in acting as my own attorney in working on this defensive legal action and trying to avoid the necessity of filing to protect my interests. I hereby request that these documents be produced forth with understanding that we have the right to view these documents as well as the foreclosure action itself as filed.
